Straight Talk Wireless Phone Plan Review

You sent me a text saying if I refilled my my plan my phone would get and extra mg byte to make it faster. Guess what it never do. I tried to be patient but I ended up busting up my phone. Thank you for your false words. Now I have to get me another *** phone if yours because I already bought the plan again. What's wrong with you ?I can't add photo or video huh?

This company has terrible customer service. Would not issue me a refund when I called to terminate my service. They are charging me a whole month for service I am not using. And they messed up when I at up the phone and I was charged twice. Terrible company don't use them! !!

My children like to use my phone to watch videos and play games but about 5 days after purchasing a new 45$ card my internet becomes so slow that you really can't use it anymore. If straight talk doesn't improve their data plan I will be switching back to Verizon. I'd rather pay 60$ for decent internet than suffer thru this another month. Please fix it!!!

Paid for my refill service on July 12, 11 days later my data is still slow as ***... Customer service is a bunch of non english speaking Indians with names like Michelle and Peter? Really? These peoples' english is so bad, I have no *** clue what they're saying. They tell you to reboot your phone, call *22890, check to see if your data is on... don't you think I've done that 1000 times BEFORE I called?!??! Then, they transfer you 10 times and *** not only still doesn't get fixed, they *** hang up on you! Why do we outsource these jobs to people like this? Incompetent pieces of ***... Straight Talk can kiss my ***. There's no way in *** they're ever getting another *** dime from me to pay these foreigners to do *** jobs and stay employed. I'll deal with American providers that employ Americans to do the job right!!

Straight Talk Wireless in Niceville, Florida - Straight talk's new service Total Wireless (Total Clueless)

The following is a copy of the SECOND email I sent to Total Wireless regarding their unbelievably incompetent customer service. They obviously awarded their help service to the ABSOLUTELY lowest bidder with English language skills not a part of the bidding requirement. Copy: Thank you for your kind response. I originally emailed expressing my concern regarding the difficulty experienced when trying to open an account with your company. As I recall, I said that the person I spoke with (ESL) ended up telling me that my phone was ineligible for service with Total Wireless. I tried to explain that I had checked the MEIN on your website and it was determined to be appropriate for activation. She did not seem to understand what I tried to explain. As I said, I wrote to tell of the frustration with your 'help' system. Please understand that this is the window into your business for new customers. I have to say that it is not customer-friendly or user-friendly. Your reply to me said "For BYOP (Bring Your Own Phone) customers, contact us at 1-800-841-0371." I just did that. Want to guess what happened? I was transferred three times. Each time I had to explain what I was trying to do. You might surmise from my email that it was unsuccessful. I did tell the last person I spoke with that I was trying to transfer my phone number from PagePlus to Total Wireless. Can you guess what happened next? I dare you to try. Go ahead. Try. Did you guess that they transferred me to PagePlus - without telling me or explaining why? I was on the phone trying to tell them that I simply wanted to activate an account. They told me that I already had an account. Of course they told me that, because I do have PagePlus. I truly hoped your service would be better than PagePlus, which I consider to be just above amateur level. Now consider that YOUR people transferred me to THEM. Does anybody there have a clue about what they are doing? I cannot believe that I actually tried your "help" service again, after my initial experience. Obviously I am an optimist. But you cured me of that. You are not ready for prime-time. You've outsourced your "help" to people who have difficulty with the English language. On top of that, they obviously have NO support, because each transfer was just as clueless as the previous. Except PagePlus. The guy there clearly knew who he worked for. Your people - not so much. I wasn't looking at your service to save money. I wanted better customer service and better web-presence than PagePlus. How can you expect to run a successful business when you cannot even guide a new customer through your system? This is not how I usually represent myself. But your experience, twice, baffles. Finally I have to also point out that your initial reply to my email did NOT address the issues I mentioned. Despite that, I gave you a second chance. I'm confident that many many others will not make that second effort as I did. You frustrate the *** out of me, because you are Total Clueless. Have a good day. Mike Traugott

I bought a iphone 4s from a person the phone had minutes already on it . I had the number changed an it worked for one day an now ya'll have my phone blocked an now i have to get a police report to prove its mine . And that bull *** ,so not only am i loosing my minutes ya'll have lost a 10 year customer ... I AM VERY PISSED OFF AT THE WAY THIS WAS HANDLED

Straight Talk has the worst customer service of any wireless. I remember before out sourcing the customer service was a service. I purchased and upgraded phone called on a monday to transfere phone number and time to new phone. Monday night I had no service on either phone, I called ST on mon. tues. and wed. with no result. I foolishly bought a new card and activated on my new phone. After a whole week they returned my service but now I have 2 phone activated for the same Period of time. Straight refused to add my time on one phone instead of two phones which was useless to me . if you're thinking about joining straight talk don't because having to pay twice for one month is senseless and useless straighttalk needs to realize it needs customer service not just stealing people's money
