I recently bought a 30 day data plan, and could never get service. After about three weeks of trying and getting the run a round, I ask for a rebate. I will never try to use Straight Talk again for data service.

I also bought the BYOT activation kit from Walmart, & had the same issues of being disconnected after 30+ minutes on the phone. It has been 5 days now and still no service. I am planning go going back to AT&T. I suggest that tablet service from StraightTalk should be discounted. I will inform everyone I know,about the poor service from customer service. This is all BS. Requiring words.
