Problem was resolved by Customer Service Rep rather quickly. I guess it depends on which Rep answers the call.

I was connected to a very friendly and helpful Hispanic Rep. The other Reps could benefit from his training.

My LG phone was a ' refurbished' phone sold as new at Walmart. Paid top dollar. As soon as I registered with the my email, everything from private emails to pictures were hacked. All apps became dysfunctional. Can't even USE the online service as they say the email I have had for over 4 years is REGISTERED TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT, AND YET I GET THE EMAILS!!! Someone changed the password, got MY account, and when I request help with the email password, they send me the WRONG ONE. They won't give me ANY info, because they say my account is not mine, so I can't even CORRECT THE INACCURATE PASSWORD. They suggested I get a new email, rather then THEIR COMPANY, WHO MADE THE ERROR, FIXING IT! I am completely frustrated, but I DID figure out how they were doing the duplicates, changing of passwords, and hacking. THANKS ALOT, CHINA!!! Julie Gaither
