I elected to transfer current service to BYOP plan and upgrade. So far NOTHING but hours on the phone and now currently on 55th minute of hold AFTER speaking with the rep who couldn't assist me.

This is ridiculous. Its been 2 days and so far NOTHING resolved. I would suggest NOT buying this package or even going to straight talk at all. They obviously do not have enough employees and the ones they have don't have a clue!

What a joke.

Waste of money and precious time.
