I bought an iPhone 6 and connected it with straight talk this is my first time trying this service I wanted to keep my same number that i have with another company i still had service with my current provider now that phone has stopped working its saying i have no service and the new phone is still doesn't have service and both don't work and not sure what's going on!! but I need either phone to start working because I use it for work.

how should I proceed with this should I go to a store or what should I do? Also I paid for this service and if this is not gonna work I don't need this.
