New ReviewerStraight talk took my money for hotspot when I added extra time but I didn't get my hotspot and my mobile data has slowed down and barely runs at all I've had nothing but issues with straight talk for the last 6 months and it's always been something and I'm tired of calling and talking to u people and have been seriously thinking about switching carriers u have gotten worse over the years I've been a customer for a long long time and don't appreciate the unprifession conduct being used by ur company
