At least 4 different times over the past yr I've tried to call the straight talk # & add minutes to my phone. By the end if the call, things would go haywire!!

Something would happen after giving my bank card info., and it would state the transaction didn't go through. So I would end calling a representative, doing it again (because they didn't see that it went through either) & in the end....would be charged twice!! Btw, the representative would always reassure me that if it did happen, my money would be refunded back to me. Well, as happened every single time!!

I got tired of IT! ! ! Why is THIS happening Straight talk???...Why CAN'T you get your system corrected already???

I shouldn't have to drive all the way to the store to get a new minutes card just because YOU all want to charge me twice EVERY time!!! My money is my money, and I don't want to have to worry about an overdraft fee with my bank due to your nonesense.

Very annoying for sure. DON'T worrt about contacting me....just fix THIS.
