auto pay was always on the 2nd of every month for yrs.i did that just for that reason.in case the money didnt get there...make sure the money would be there.. till they deactivated me on the 1st of the month.left me w w no phone or warning they decide to change the scheduled payment date.no warning..bye bye straight talk.that was pretty ignorant.contacted there support and said they couldnt rea ctivate unless it was on phone or in person...i have at this time no phone..what the *** kinda service is that.

Reason of review: auto pay was set to withdraw on 2nd of month as it has gor yrs now..all a sudden st decides to change that w no warning..thats BS.

How can you autopay on the second of each month when not every month has 30 days and that's what their billing cycle runs? My auto refill comes out every 30 days...period, so I better have money in the bank.

Plus they send me a text a couple of days before it's drawn out. Any other people get billed on a set day of the month like this person?
