I used ST in the past plus my wife currently has straight talk and when I put her chip into my phone it works. Therefore, I purchased a BYOP kit with a $45 plan.

When I activated the service there was a problem. After 3 day an over 5 hours on the phone being transfer over 8 times I was told I needed the $60 plan which does not make any sense as the kit itself states $45. I then asked for a refund and was told no since I activated the sim and the plan is consider used since it its link to the sim number. Now I have no cell service and out $45.
