I called two times to try to pay my phone bill and my phone still wasn't working. So I called to make sure I did it right and let a rep help me well let me tell u he was no kind of help he was rude he was rushing me. And I asked for a manager he said he had no manager so I asked could I do a survey on how my call went he said you guys had no survey after the call. I am very unhappy with that. And I want something s Done about it because I don't pay money each month to be rude to I can go to another company with better service.

COMPLETE AND TOTAL PIECE OF USELESS TRASH!!!! Who in the world would be *** enough to pay for this junk that NEVER works and keeps giving connection errors???!!!! Every single time I try to use it either the tether does not turn on or it says it's connected but does not load a single website, or yet some new error. You literally have to uninstall and reinstall both the app and the program EVERY SINGLE TIME for this *** to work, which is not so easy to do when you don't have internet connection to begin with. Sometimes not even that does it!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ***!!!!!!!!!

Horribly slow Internet and terrible customer service. I transfered my phone to straight talk and when I did I had no Internet access for the first 2 weeks. It took 15 calls to customer service before I was able to get any answers. Once it was working it took 5 minutes to load google.com. I called customer service back and they told me that I had already used my 5gb of data for the month and was reduced to 32kb connection. This was on the day my Internet worked for the first time. They told me they would reset my data but did not. I still cannot use the Internet on my ohone, even for facebook, Pandora or even simple Web browsing. I wish I had never left att. Overall my experience has been horrid. I would never treat a customer the way they have treated me. I reported to the BBB and was informed that straight talk has had more complaints submitted to them that any company in the last 10 years. This even includes companies such as enron and ExxonMobil mobil. They have lost a customer with me and hopefully I can save a few people from making the same mistake I did by submitting this review. Good luck folks, I can't force you to stay clear of straight ralk, but I would highly recommend seeking another alternative.

Yes im pretty pissed off. Been waiting on a phone replacement and was suppose to be delivered today but some numb nuts didnt put my lot number on the adress so fed ex couldnt deliver it and its already past the 3-5 business days. And i can not stand talking to these...

Count me in as another pissed off customer. For the last 4 days I have been dealing with "customer support" at Straight Talk to resolve problems with my Samsung Galaxy S3. I have done a "hard reset?" where I lost all my data, reprogrammed the phone, removed and reinstalled the apps and many other things recommended by their staff. None of it has worked and they say it is my fault and problem. I drive for Uber and need a working phone. I cannot get cell service sometimes when I am in Santa Rosa Ca. Other times my GPS quits while I am working. I have talked to about 10 different people at Straight Talk and none of them are willing to help me. They keep suggesting other solutions that do not work, probably hoping I will give up. I paid $250 for this phone and will not go away quietly.

I barely know where to begin. They have ripped me off for the last time, thats all I know. I had their $30 plan, regular cel phone, nothin fancy, but they would CONSTANTLY cut into the MIDDLE OF MY CONVERSATION with a message telling me exactly how many minutes of service I had left and how many texts!! They actually cut my customers and myself OFF from a phone conversation! As if I really NEED to know in the middle of a conversation how many minutes I have left! I requested at LEAST a dozen times for them to stop doing this, I dont believe its even legal, sometimes they'd say they'd take care of it, other times they'd just say there was nothing they could do, it was VERIZONS fault! Either way, never stopped, and I couldnt believe I stayed with them as long as I did. Also found many times after I'd uploaded a new card I'd just paid for, the minutes wouldnt load into my phone, I'd call their number, only to find out that they were CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND and nobody could help me! No phone service for the entire weekend, I kid you not. Point is, stay away from this company! Did I mention how I bought a cel phone from their website, found it was the wrong one, sent it back, and had to wait TWO YEARS to get a refund on that? Yeah. Stay FAR AWAY from this foreign corporation, trust me.
