FOR ALL OF YOU PEOPLE WHOM ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER WITH THE STRAIGHT TALK WELL LET ME PASS THIS HELP ALONG AS I RECEIVED IT FROM THE OTHER SUBMITTED COMPLAINTS!! I CAME TO REALIZE THAT THE STRAIGHT TALK CORPORATION IS NOT AT ALL LIKE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE? THE EMPLOYEES AT THE STRAIGHT TALK CUSTOMER DO NOT PUT ALL INTO HELPING THE PUBLIC, I NOTICED THAT THEY ONLY DO WHAT THEY HALF TO UNLESS TOLD TO HELP YOU FURTHER. IN MY COMPLAINT I TOLD ALL OF YOU HOW ABOUT FIVE TIMES THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME NOTHING I DIDN'T ALREADY KNOW, AND IT WAS WRITTEN INFRONT OF THEIR FACES ON THE DOCUMENTATION IN THEIR COMPUTER THEY GET YOUR FILE INFORMATION FROM! TRUST ME EVERYTHING IS WRITTEN WORD FOR WORD IN THAT COMPUTER SYSTEM THEY OPERATE WHEN HELPING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING. THATS ALL THE WAY TO WHOM EVEN HELP YOU EACH TIME YOU CALL THEM TOO. SO WHEN ANY BUSINESS SAYS THEY DO NOT KNOW WHO HELPED YOU THE LAST TIME THEY ARE LIEING TO YOU BELIEVE ME BELIEVE YOU. EVERYTHING IS DOWN. HOW DO I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I WAS TOLD BY THE CORPORATE OFFICE MORELESS. BECAUSE WHEN I EXPLAINED EVERYTHING A VERY NICE WOMAN BY THE NAME OF RACHEL HELPED ME AND SHE TOLD ME IN A MATTER OF FIVE MINUTES OR LESS WHAT WAS WRITTEN DOWN IN MY ORDER WITH STRAIGHT TALK AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT TOOK MY ORDER DID WRITE UP AN ORDER BUT WROTE IT UP WRONG AND THAT IS WHY NO ONE WOULD HELP ME WHEN I WOULD CALL AND TELL THEM WHAT MY ORDER WAS AND ON THEIR COMPUTER IT WAS WRITTEN IN A DIFFERENT WAY THAT DID NOT EVEN MATCH WHAT I WAS TALKING TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT ALL FIVE TIMES I HAD CALLED. WHEN I STARTED READING THE COMPLAINTS THAT OTHER PEOPLE HAD SUBMITTED THE COMPLAINTS WERE JUST LIKE MINE ALL THE WAY DOWN TO NO TRACKING NUMBER WAS ABLE TO BE FOUND? BUT I CAME ACROSS ONE WOMEN COMPLAINT AND WHAT WAS DONE ABOUT SO I AM GOING TO PASS THE SAME INFORMATION FOR OTHERS TO USE FOR HELP WHEN STRAIGHT TALKS CUSTOMER SERVICE WON'T?
