Horribly slow Internet and terrible customer service. I transfered my phone to straight talk and when I did I had no Internet access for the first 2 weeks. It took 15 calls to customer service before I was able to get any answers. Once it was working it took 5 minutes to load google.com. I called customer service back and they told me that I had already used my 5gb of data for the month and was reduced to 32kb connection. This was on the day my Internet worked for the first time. They told me they would reset my data but did not. I still cannot use the Internet on my ohone, even for facebook, Pandora or even simple Web browsing. I wish I had never left att. Overall my experience has been horrid. I would never treat a customer the way they have treated me. I reported to the BBB and was informed that straight talk has had more complaints submitted to them that any company in the last 10 years. This even includes companies such as enron and ExxonMobil mobil. They have lost a customer with me and hopefully I can save a few people from making the same mistake I did by submitting this review. Good luck folks, I can't force you to stay clear of straight ralk, but I would highly recommend seeking another alternative.

My straight talk service has been good where I live in Seattle but went on vacation to Los Angeles and I can't make or receive calls. That really sucks.

What is up with that? Do I have to change service providers so my phone will work when I travel to Los Angeles??

Make their corporate office aware and suggest they call and test their own frontline employees for ability and accuracy. Then re-educate or terminate those who do not meet the standards.

Ordered new sim card....paid for fedex overnight.....order confirmation showed it to be overnighted.....4 days later..no sim card.....talked to fedex, they confirmed it was sent regular fedex ground......in my book, that is fraud.....attorney contacted. probably not much can be done, but I will try....If they didnt want to ship overnight, it should not be offered.....I chose overnight, I should have got it shipped the way I asked. Fedex was more than helpful....willing to email, and or fax any info needed......now thats customer service....straight talk could take a few lessons from them.....I will be looking into switching to another company ASAP, forget about the time I still have paid for....I will just be glad to get away from these *** artist

I just experienced this for the first time today! Those *** couldnt even answer any of my questions!

When I told them that it is false advertising they said it wasnt. So next I asked them how it isnt false advertising to call something unlimited data when they limit the data. They said they dont limit it, but I can only use so much data a month....WHAT A BUNCH OF *** My data service wasnt throttled, it was completely suspended! How do I file a complaint with the FCC?

I would really like to.
