I order a new phone i payed for it well i gave the guy who took order my address more than 5 times well he didnt give fedx my apt number so i cant get my phone inless i travel 100 miles to fedx office to pick it up i called straight talk and the lady i talk to refused to call fedx to give them my correct address. Straght talk. Is a piece of ***, not just the phone, but also the service and customer service.. We are traveling, but have lost ALL service Due to the fact that this "nation wide" service IS NOT a nation wide company at all.. But instead of refunding my money for 21days of unused service.. Im told its not company police, but tbey can givr me credit.. Credit that no other company will honor, credit that will be useless to me, cause if i leave this company, i wont be back.. One person offered me another phone, IF i send them this one,( with no way to back up any of my contacts), it would only take 2 weeks for delivery.. Another person says that cant be done.. All i want isy money refunded, so i can find another company, that works and they will work with me not make excuses..

This company is a straight scam. My daufhters phone broke. She had the warranty. She called them, they sent a vox and she packed up her phone and shipped it out. The "replacement" phone they sent was bunk and disnt even work. When she called they jad no record of her phone or the replacement phone. And they wouldnt send her phone back. Wth? In the meanwhile her account got hacked and they refused to do anything. Oh but they still wanted the monthly payment. For what? Scam scam scam.

Couldn't activate service and they refused to give me refund | Straight Talk Wireless review from Mountain View, California

I tried multiple times to get my service activated and without going into the long story, had a second sim card mailed to me, about 4 phone calls, hours on hold and still no working phone number. Once you get someone on the phone, they still don't know what they are doing. Then I got fed up and told them if they couldn't activate my service I wanted a refund, which they refused to give me saying that their policy is no refunds. So I'll stick with ATT. If they are this bad before you even sign up, I hate to think about the problems I could have once I have the service.
