Straight Talk Wireless in San Bruno, California - Bad Phone replacement

I am straight talk user for more than an year. I bought Samsung s4 from straight talk and it’s not working. I send the phone to straight talk for replacement on Nov 25, 2015. I was told that I will be getting my phone in 3-5 days. I dint get the phone even after 15 days. I am calling and chatting with customer care from past 2 weeks. One day I will be told that the phone is shipped Other day I will be told that the phone is out of stock and will receive in 3-5 days.

Straight talk turned my phone off because they said I had called hotline numbers which is not true. I have been with this company for over a year and practically the whole time I have had trouble with them. I thought they would be easier and more in line with my budget...

after getting into an argument with one of the representatives she shut my phone off after I've had it for 3 years and said that route was reported stolen when she knows it wasn't you so do I cuz I've had this phone for over 3 years she just did it to be spiteful and no one there will help me to get it turned back on
