I had Straight Talk for years and was disappointed with the service. if you call they will use American names if the service is horrible, but if you lie and say you would like to tell their supervisor as well you will hear their real names. If female repetitive answers the phone, hang up immediately. They have proven to be severely incompetent.

I just bought a samsung galaxy s5 from wal-mart for straight talk its almost been 5 days & they cant seem to get it ported. 3 days ago i was told by a supervisor that my ticket was escslated & they were going to have to do it manually & my phone would forsure be on by 7am the next morning. All i get when i call is an attitude from the customer service people & they treat me like im an ***, one actually called me a liar when i corrected him because he was saying exactly what i was told the day before only he was saying it happened that morning not the day before. I dont get the problem my number was a straight talk number to begin with if they have a byof program there should be some way to prevent the companies whose towers they use from doing this to their customers & really they should take into acct what not having a phone costs some people. This is not the first issue i've had with them & i always have to fight to even get credited for the days my phone didnt work. I hate straight talk now they have cost me to much & im stuck with this phone because wal-mart wont refund open box electronics unless they are defective & they try them out at returns.

Straght talk. Is a piece of ***, not just the phone, but also the service and customer service.. We are traveling, but have lost ALL service Due to the fact that this "nation wide" service IS NOT a nation wide company at all.. But instead of refunding my money for 21days of unused service.. Im told its not company police, but tbey can givr me credit.. Credit that no other company will honor, credit that will be useless to me, cause if i leave this company, i wont be back.. One person offered me another phone, IF i send them this one,( with no way to back up any of my contacts), it would only take 2 weeks for delivery.. Another person says that cant be done.. All i want isy money refunded, so i can find another company, that works and they will work with me not make excuses..

I called two times to try to pay my phone bill and my phone still wasn't working. So I called to make sure I did it right and let a rep help me well let me tell u he was no kind of help he was rude he was rushing me. And I asked for a manager he said he had no manager so I asked could I do a survey on how my call went he said you guys had no survey after the call. I am very unhappy with that. And I want something s Done about it because I don't pay money each month to be rude to I can go to another company with better service.

COMPLETE AND TOTAL PIECE OF USELESS TRASH!!!! Who in the world would be *** enough to pay for this junk that NEVER works and keeps giving connection errors???!!!! Every single time I try to use it either the tether does not turn on or it says it's connected but does not load a single website, or yet some new error. You literally have to uninstall and reinstall both the app and the program EVERY SINGLE TIME for this *** to work, which is not so easy to do when you don't have internet connection to begin with. Sometimes not even that does it!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ***!!!!!!!!!

My straight talk service has been good where I live in Seattle but went on vacation to Los Angeles and I can't make or receive calls. That really sucks.

What is up with that? Do I have to change service providers so my phone will work when I travel to Los Angeles??
