I to had no problems the first few months then without any warning my data cut off. I am not able to use alot of services because of this and I and talk are two important ones to me. I paid for unlimited then I was cut of. Was told I need to wait a month get another plan then in 48 hours I should have . Well its been two months and still no internet. After many calls I was told that I would have to wait till the program reprograms itself. I said and how long will that be and she could nite answer me, I then asked to speak with someone who could and she said told me me none knows. I then told her she needs to let me speak with someone who could help me or I will be calling me local news channel to report them. So she then connected me to a recording about data. This company has to be stopped.. What can we .???I am asking everyone out there to call there local news channel and with enough calls maybe something will be done..thank you

We are not about to call OUR news station,just because you are upset about your phones internet.Also,how did you come up with a monetary loss of $650? Their unlimited plan is $45 a month,and their most expensive phone is MAYBE $200. You are just being ridiculous.
