Gave all my information of landline company and waited a week to get my original number ported. nothing got ported in that time so I called support and gave them my information went through 3 different reps each one telling me I had to get transferred to anther rep, waited about 10 minuets between reps, finally to find out they can't port my phone number from that company.

now I am stuck with a $15.00 card and a device I never will need.

This is false advertisement as on the box it says you can keep your current number which every body knows!

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Unlimited plan has served me well.

I didn't like: Unwilling to help.
