THE ABOVE ALERT SHOWED WHEN I WENT INTO MY ACCT. PLUS I WANTED TO BRING MY OWN PHONE FROM A PREVIOUS OWNER. THE NEW CARD WAS NOT READABLE. I DONT WANT TO BUY ANOTHER PHONE ONLY TO HAVE TO GET ANOTHER AT END OF YEAR.

The major carriers are continually improving their networks, and we need to migrate all customers currently using (or plan to use) non-VoLTE devices. With a new VoLTE device, you will experience high definition voice calls and be able to talk and use data services at the same time. Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can check if we are able to give you either a free phone or a discount towards the purchase of a new VoLTE phone.
