I tried getting into my account to pay next months bill and couldnt find my phone on dashboard. So tried everything i could think of to try to link my phone with my account.
Couldnt get it. So tried tech support. They said its a problem with my email but he can fix it and he sent me a new password. It said invalid password.
Strike 1. Got ahold of him again so he resent me a new password to get into my account and then when i tried it and again invalid password. Strike 2. He dropped my chat so thought give straight talk 1 last chance.
Different person this time a woman. I told her the problems and she said no problem she can help. She sent me a 3rd email with password change. I asked her to hold well i checked it and sure enough invaid password.
This time i sent her the password and said now you try. She couldnt get in either. So she wanted me to set up a new email address. Im not setting up a new email just for a phone.
It shouldnt be this hard. So that was strike 3. Im done. I asked about getting my money back for the useless phone they sold me.
She said yes i can help you with that. She gave me a number and a pin so i could get a refund. The number she gave me was a totally different dept. Wtf.
Couldnt even get that right. They put me on hold for 20 min. I give up. Glad it was just 1 phone was going to switch the whole family over.
No way now. I had 1 years ago. Had it for years. Even told friends about it.
Thats done now. Will tell everyone to stay away.
