I went on StraightTalk 4/29/2019, attempted to purchase a phone card for my home-based system. The computer froze, did not give me a receipt, and I was doubled charge.
I called my bank on May 1, 2019, called StraightTalk and went through several transfers. The last person that I spoke with stated that there would be a refund. That was April 30, 2019. I called my bank today, checked my statement, and I was never given a refund.
I was on the phone for an hour today, told several lies by this Senior Manger Debbie, and Gomer. She gave a reference number that has nothing to do with a bank reference of a refund. I was never given credit or a refund.
I believe these people in the Philippines and StraightTalk are stealing millions of dollars from consumers and people are not checking their banks. I have been scammed out of $17.09.
