i have been trying to port over my number from straight talk / att to mint mobile for 6 weeks now and straight talk has done everything including but not limited to lying about what they can do to port it over. your call center was even kind enough to call me a *** twice and sure as *** didnt apoligize when i called him out for it.

i want this company fined heavily, the call centers in india closed and my number ported over for free.

somehow all of their supervisors are not trained to do anything, they dont have access to see anything in their systems, keep passing me over to other departments and hanging up on me and the mint mobile representative when we do 3 way calls, keep telling me i have to pay for my number to be active i order to port it over (it was paid for when i started the process 6 weeks ago!), and it's my fault there is a duplicate request for my phone number somehow but of course they cant see which company made the request. not one of their employees can do any part of their job, so why is this call center open?

User's recommendation: dont fall for their trap, it's not worth it, noting but ineptness as far as the eye can see.

Monetary Loss: $55.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
