I have been on the phone three different times for a phone record from last year. A record for one day.
I have had no luck. I was given case numbers and they closed it before it was solved. This record is for my lawyer and I can't get it done.
This is a sorry company. Anyone know how to help to get this done?

I have made 2 payments and never had my phone working I want my refund or I will file a law suit and make it right I'm very disappointed

Never get my full service ends a week sooner on texting calls Internet
My husband and I have been a customer with straight talk for some time now. For the last year I'd say maybe longer it's just getting more stressful more irritating.
Our service end date will be on one day and it actually ends way sooner our phone is unable to make or receive calls...
The day before end date I'm unable to get or make calls Internet will end at least 2 weeks before end date after paying for unlimited data.
Talking to customer service is a joke
They say turn the phone on and off it will be fine ... Yea that doesn't work nor did the taking my sim card out or dialing the *76 or whatever it was . It got to the point customer service started to ask us to hold and hang up on us because they had no idea how to fix the problem. That then pissed me off more.
When u pay for service I expect the full amount of service u paid for... Not getting screwed around with no data but u paid for unlimited but I'm having to buy data at minimum 3 times before my service end date when I hardly use the Internet.
Or unable to call or receive calls for unknown reason. Unable to text anyone else but my husband and unable to receive text from in coming text but my husband.

Been having major problems with the phone I have with them. It's sim jacked.
I called them to get it fixed and was told they couldn't find my address and that they can't verify me to close my account, because they shut the phone off.
So I'm paying for something I can't use, or cancel. I need the phone turned back on, so I can untethered some websites, and then I need it shut off.
- Easy to activate
- Poor customer service at best
Preferred solution: A refund for any days I didn't use the phone, an apology and an explanation as to why they refuse to let me cancel my service, when I'm disabled.

I pay for insurance on my device every month. I sent in my broken phone for replacement four months ago.
However, I did not receive any replacement in the first month. I was told 3 to 5 days, at least 6 times.
Now, it's been 3 more months and I still have not received a replacement. I was told that I would get a call back, but I did not receive any call either.

Where did my Hotspot go
I had just bought a new plan and barley stared to get to a gig when it said I had used 10 gigs all of a sudden? So I went and checked on my phone it it literally says that I've only used a gig since getting my new plan wtf is this bs I PAID for my *** Hotspot with 10 gigs for a reason and customer service is impossible to work around it's all *** ai now that can't help you and provide very little specific options that didn't fit my problem at all and worst part is I still have yet to talk to a *** human to help me with my problem I've tried texting and calling different numbers but I always end up in the same *** place with the same annoying bot

My phone is off I have a job interview and they have a 2 hr down time that prevents me from paying my phone bill they already tried to control how much money I pay and I don't have it now they're telling me I cannot pay my bill due to downtown worst phone service ever do not recommend me and I swear to God whenever I can get this job that I feel like they trying to stop me from getting because they know once I get it I'm going to another phone company

My fiancé and I just spent an hour on the phone with customer service and they only gave us the run around. Then transferred us to a manager who hung up on us.
When we called back we got the same lady who refused to transfer us to a manager. The service is horrible constantly spinning and closing out the apps.
The customer service is horrible, we always get the same lady who doesn't know what she is doing. Don't recommend this service to anyone!!!

To get a phone turn off
I have a future daughter in law in local security center and has no access to call u, she dont have her phone anymore, she needs it shut off and withdraw stop coming out of her bank account.Her number is 812-631-****, her name is Jana Spurlock , please get back with me on this, she recently sent u a notarized letter asking that it get turned off and stop the withdrawal from her bank account !my number is 812-661-**** joyce Siddons
Krisha in customer service just done it for me!
Ive been accumulating points for over 4/5 years now and called into redeem them. She argued with me, lied to me, wouldnt transfer me to anyone else.
Said my points were only 4,000 and sum.
Ive had it with this company! Theyre a rip off and my service sucks! Ive been a loyal customer for over 10 years and I cant even get treated and talked to like a good customer.
This Krisha in customer service just done it!!! Im going to find another carrier that actually appreciates my business!!!

They are the worst company I ever encountered in my life they tell u what service plan u can have they are disrespectful and hang up the phone on u and I paid for my service at 9 am as I'm writing this review they are talking to me and my service is not on as a massage therapist im glad i did not use this number for my business line do not recommend go to cricket

Resolved: They only offer one ringtone for their flip phones and you can't change it!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They let me change my ring tone.
I want a phone that sounds like a phone! Also, they put me on hold so they could "help" me, then disconnected me and blocked my number,.
despite the fact that I was being very polite and patient with them. I'm sure the call was recorded for training purposes, so it will be easy for them to check this.I
User's recommendation: If you want a selection of ringtones instead of the annoying one they provide, go with another provider. I will certainly get another carrier!
