Sucks horribly

first the clerk in store messed up my phone. I wish I had the foresight to test it before leaving. i get home it says no wireless network. hours on the phone and chat and ended up i needed my sin number to verify. as luck would have it you need to pry off the back then take out 10 screws. by this time customer service has closed my chat. crap thru and thru. if you want to waste your time and risk your phone leaving you stranded straight crap is your company

Transfer number. Been trying for

Three days ago when my phone time went out somehow my phone I bought a new phone and went by to bring your phone back yet Ive been on the phone with customer service for three different times and Im ready to get my account fixedphone number changed

Foreign Customer Service

As long as you never need to call Customer Service, Straight Talk is ok. But, if you ever have any kind of problem,,,that is where the trouble starts. They do not speak good English and can only read a script, They waste your time repeating everything and cannot deviate. They are a Royal Pain!!!!!

They took out my monthly payment the same day that they finally transferred my phone number. Now I have been trying to transferred my number since Tuesday of that same week. When I called them on Monday the very next day gave them my account number, they said I couldn't get a refund. I have to pay for just one day. I don't think so. After I talked to a live person he took care of transferred there was no problem there.

Overrestrictive Policy Enforcement - Unlocking Phones

I spend almost 2 hours today attemping to get a phone I purchased from Walmart unlocked using the Straight Talk network unlocked because I needed this done. However, I was hung up on, and told up the management chain they wouldn't unlock it since "it's there policy and they don't make exceptions"

No they are the same Straight Talk and Verizon are the same.same operator's people that get your money and when your service dont work right and you call they laugh and go into the computer and do something to disturb the service all because you called with a complaint with your service.dont use straight talk or Verizon

Terrible customer Support

Oh my, I just won't put down into print how many straight talk phones I have had to return back to Walmart this past couple weeks. I have had to purchase their most expensive phones to see if they could be activated and well...they couldn't. Too bad they had to be returned back as defective. Oh well, I'll keep trying!

No I will not contact your company anymore I was on the phone 3 hours and noone never answered my call I called this morning and was hung up on your company cause me money and I want it all back I contacted a lawyer about straight talk company and employees I refuse to waste my time with you people.customers are always right satisfy the customers they are the ones giving you business and your money.mistreat customers and don't care if their service work for $65 or $255 you just want the money.i wish this company the best.
