They charged my account then cut off my phone

When I called 7 and a manager all hung up on me. Telling me to dispute it with the bank. Point is they have my money I paid for service then cut my phone off. Told last person I won't call again my next move is to my 5000 friends on Facebook,tic tok, Twitter and let them see and hear my conversations with them. This company practices if you can't find the correct information on the customer then just hang up phone. After my social media quest I then hiring a lawyer to take care of this as I'm so stressed over this they need to see abuse is not tolerated here in TEXAS@

My money back all of it. The loss is way more than the payment the claim not to have gotten. Run around getting new service phone all of it. And MY TIME!

It took me weeks to get someone to understand and fix my problem

TrI kept getting sent to ppl who didnt speak or understand good English. They hung up on me probably about 9-10 occasions bc they didnt want to fix my problem or didnt know how. They laughed at me and hung up also. No one would help me theres no Linda management around and when I asked they told me i could not speak to anyone and hung up. I only have straight talk bc the coverage area and if youre prepaid youre forced to use them or their aster company. This place is a joke .

I've spent 10+ hours on the phone with C/S in 1st week of service

Day 1: attempted to order sim kit and month of service online via mobile browser; failed, 3x (kept saying try back later). Then went home and purchased through the computer; failed, saying that my IMEI was invalid (double checked it like 5x to be sure I had it correct....
