Was going to switch, but tech couldn't understand me.

Customer didn't understand plain English. They are expensive and can't talk to you about joining if you wish. User's recommendation: Don't use straight talk they are expensive and have bad customer service

I have a new debit card number and need to make a payment for my 2nd phone

I need to speak with a customer service rep. I get their stupid automated system which is of no help to me and it hangs up on me!

None been with Straight Talk too long and do not like their voice recording systems and only purchased $35 dollar unlimited data usage. I have 3 cellphone from Straight Talk from Walmart West Towne Center and have used the Ecoatm at this location once. I never was issued a case for my cellphone but would like to have a colored case in the immediate future.

I have called Straighttalk over 10 times and they don't listen!! They are like a robot and don't try to go out the box of what needs to happen. They try to verify my account and they tell me the infor

The information I gave them is incorrect so they can give me the refund. I TELL THEM SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THEIR SYSTEM BECAUSE WHEN I TRY TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT ONLINE IT SAYS THAT PHONE IS NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM. ITS SO FRUSTRATING AND NO BODY CAN HELP OR LIKE RESET MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE LOST MY PHONE SO I CANT GIVE THEM THE INFORMATION OF MY iMEI. Help.

Service in my area dropped to one bar. Five years plus of good service and now crap.

No advanced warning that I would not be able to process financial activity because speed dropped. Sometimes no service but mostly one bar. Use to be good. Now it's crap.

Received new phone Motorola XT2163DL can not call out...

I recently received a new phone (Motorola XT2163DL) from Straight Talk and had it activated and have not been able to call out. I have been in contact with the service department many times and they finally sent it to the technical people who after trying everything said they would have to check into it further and call me back, well no one has ever called back ! What do I do now? GET A DIFFERENT SERVER,? Please help !
