Straight talk is ok

Been with straight talk for 10 years and service has been pretty good. tech support is better done online than on the phone since agents are in another country and sometimes hard to understand. Having an account online has been nice when changing phones or adding a service plan. call and internet service has been good most places but like any cellular company there are spots with no service. My phone box has the red map it so it's on verizon In closing I have to say I'll be staying with straight talk since it's working ok for me

They don't REALLY care that you have a problem with their service.Once they have your money, they couldn't care less about any issues you may have.

These crooks have been ripping everyone off with the same scams. Spread the word to EVERYONE you know, and ask them to do the same. #StraightTalkSUCKS #StraightTalkTHIEVERY #StraightTalkPIRATES...BTW...robot Maria won't help.

Great service

I just saw all these reviews and couldn't believe it. I switched to straight talk about 3 and a half years ago because Verizon wouldn't support the Nexus phone i was wanting and it was the best move I ever made. I always have great service... I buy any phone i want and pay cash for it. I don't have to worry about going over on data and I am not paying $125 a month like I was on verizon. I always have reception. I don't know what lies the people on here have been told when i read that the company lies but I have always found it to be a great company and the few times i have needed customer service they have been great.

Finally a cell service I like

I am not impressed with technical support but I am more than happy with the cell coverage and performance. I tried various services in the rural area I live in and have been disappointed. The Walmart family plan provided only reasonable service in built up areas. At my home and work I could barely use text service. Straight Talk has solved the performance problem. I get 3 bars or higher in all areas. I can finally make calls, enjoy Internet radio watch video uninterrupted. I live in the area north of Fayetteville, NC. I have tried Sprint and T-Mobile. Both failed in providing sufficient coverage here. Am very happy!!

Straight Talk Wireless - Mobile Hotspot Plan Review from Waldorf, Maryland

I have been a member of straight talk for about eight years. I love the service. I have been having data issues since I brought my new phone. My internet service isn't working. I paid for 3G of data and I only have 1G. My phone is really slow. My husband and my son both have straight talk and their phones data is working fine. I don't understand. I also purcased 2G of data for my WiFi hot spot and after five minutes of being on the internet I get a message saying I have used all of my gigs and I need to purchase more. I called and talk an straight talk representative to help with the issue. The representative was very kind and took me through a series of steps to help with my data issues for my phone. One if the issues was my phone needed to be updated because I live in a rural area and my signal was not connecting with the carrier. I had to go through three Representitves to finally get the issue resolved with my phone. My WiFi issues got resolved because the representative gave me back the gigs I lost, but as soon as I try to use my WiFi hot spot. My data expired again after one minute of trying to use it. I have been a happy customer. I have never had issues with straight talk begore until now. I sure hope I can soon get these issues resolved.
