My phone quit sending or receiving text measages a couple days ago and customer service had me on hold three different times for over an hour. When she told me to hold, it wasnt muted on my end and i could hear them laughing and carrying on when she was supposed to be checking my service.

Problem still isnt solved and has also caused calls to not come in.

Ive been with straight talk for several years. This needs fixed immediately.
