I bought a phone from these bozos about a 5 weeks ago. Their coverage map showed it as a phone that worked in the area that I was working in.
Surprise, it didn't work. So I called their version of customer service. After 4 hours of transfers to non-English speaking operators, and repeated redials, I'm finally transferred to a "manager", who also couldn't speak very well. They said they were sending me a replacement phone, different from the first, that will work in my area.
I should get it in 3-5 days. It's been two weeks, and I've called again. OH, wait, they just realized they didn't submit the order for the new phone!! DUH!!!
Now I only have to wait ANOTHER 3-5 days! What a scam, this outfit should be shut down and revamped from the CEO to the janitor.
