I have called 10 times and have had 10 different agent, asked to speak to supervisor. To 9nly still have same problem.
They only want to keep repeating thanks you for information. Then I get transferred to someone who is going to help me. Guess what??? Been disconnected somehow everytime.
This is absolutely the worst experience I have has in my life. So bad that after years of service.
