Customer service is terrible! They are rude.

A lady asked me if I was mad and laughed and hung up on me. I have called many times. They are holding my phone hostage even though it's fully paid for since that's the only way to get a phone with them anyway. The cell service is terrible!

Management is never available. They are not allowed to transfer you to management for help.

They are not allowed to give you the name of the person with whom you were just talking in customer service. They are not allowed to be of any help or service.

The customer service was rude, kept interrupting me, and refused to help me. I have been with Straight Talk for over 15 years, and this is the way you treat a senior citizen and customer?!

Now, I have a phone that I am still paying for with no service. The customer service and professionalism rate at zero.

Payment

I've purchased the gold plan and when the payment went thru it told me to find another form of payment. I did that and that payment went thru also...When I CHECKED MY BANK ACCT both payments went thru but we only rec'd 1 mth credit and the svc was cut off .

We called to get refund back but could not get it back nor were the services restored. I think this is poor customer service.

The agt we spoke with tried to act like she could not give us the requested information nor send me to a mgr. I really would like to speak to someone who knows what to do & not make us act out of character.

I called Straight Talk BEFORE I LEFT FOR GERMANY and I was assured my phone was unlocked. Arrived in Frankfurt and after the man at the phone store installed my European SIM card, NOTHING happened. No signal. Nothing.
