My name is Robert Ocran and my telephone number is 571375****,i have a Straight talk centura phone.I just added

a $45.00 unlimited service card to my phone and after 2 weeks my data service has been suspended

I called 611 on my phone and talked to a technical support personal who said my data had been suspended that i had over used my data service and i had to add another service card to have it reinstalled. He also refused to provide me with corporate number to call. His name is Concordio

I then called again and spoke with another person called Guillermo id#49450 he said the same thing about the data and after about 45 minutes he finally gave me the corporate number.

I then called the number (180********) and spoke with a person called Randall Abejo who was very polite and helpfull

He explained that Straight talks service provider Verizon had just recently made changes and data usage is now limited, he also said that other costumers has called in to complain about the same problem and he would check my account and i should have the data reinstalled within 24 to 48 hours.

All this happened on 6/27/2013 and on 6/27/2013 i called the 1800 number again at 8am eastern time and this time i was told that nothing can be done and i had to add some more air time to have the data back. I asked to speak to a superior and was put on hold for over an hour i finally hanged up without talking to the superior

I believe costumers should be made aware of any changes in the services you are providing before any abrupt changes are made.I need my data reinstalled within the next few days or i will take legal action and also report whats going to USA Today so the public is made aware of whats going on.

I believe a corporate boss would have responded in a more deserving way.

I just had my data suspended yesterday. I haven't used any more than usual.

They said it's "unlimited" for normal daily use. When I asked them what normal use was and what I used they could not answer me. Unlimited means no limit. They recommended that I download an app for monitoring my data, but what good would that do if I don't know what the "unlimited" limit is?

This is false advertisment and bait and switch and should be unlawful. I want a class action lawsuit against them and to see walmart pull their products from the shelf. I want a specific number of gigabites I'm alloted per month or a refund of $150 for my phone and reimbursed for the remainder of the month that my data is suspended.

And even when that's all said and done, They should pay out for undue stress of the situation and struggling to understand their technical support with tbeir thick accents and "Limited" knowledge. BOYCOTT STRAIGHT TALK

Same thing happened to me but they couldn't tell me what I'd supposedly done to go over the data limit. I use the phone for sports scores and GPS, and email thats it.

When I explained that to the rep, she hung up on me. Pissed also.

Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. They told me to wait for my service end date and when I refilled my phone my data would be turned back on....

Hasn't happened yet. I'm pissed!

I had my "data service suspended" with no warning. I got an email response but no real answers or information. I hope I have better results when I call.

I am a former U.S.Marine 5 Years ago I started with StraightTalk wireless for the first 4 Years I had there cheap phone sometimes up to 3 phones a month never went on line but when I heard SIM cards and bring your own phone I bought a iPhone 4S and a mini SIM card and purchased a 3 month card they shut off my DATA service because of rules 5 & 6 on a contract they never showed me and will not send me so then I checked the iPhone 4S it's shows I've had it for 4 month's 06/28/2013 today's date it says cellular DATA used in 4 months I sent out 533 MB & RECEIVED 3.8 gigs less than 1 gig a month the time cards say UNLIMITED DATA so they said buy a new card so I did and that still won't turn it back on false advertising someone help me
