New ReviewerMy grandson used the money he got back from taxes to buy a new phone and a years service card. He activated his phone but did not need to add the minutes right away.
When he looked for his card, he discovered someone had thrown it away. We called customer service at Walmart's direction and talked to a service rep. The service rep gave us an email of pop@***.com and asked us to send a copy of the receipt Andrew received when he bought the card. We did that but received a report that the email was sent back because the server did not accept our request to connect.
My grandson has a disability and does not earn much money, so the yearly phone card is a large amount for him.
He bought the card at Walmart in Redmond, Oregon so someone has the money he spent.
Either Walmart or Straight Talk.
Our family of 6 have been straight talk users for at least 10 years and have never had a problem.
Can you please help my grandson, he is happy about his new phone, but ill not be able to use it unless the card is replaced. Thank you, Ruby .
