I have been a customer of straighttalk for 15 years with 4 phones on my account and I always just switch my sim card to save the hassle. I asked them to please remove the lock on an old phone so my dad can use it on qlink.
They said I would have to pay 150$ or have it active 12 months. If 15 years does not show them I had it active then they are just beings *** They are never willing to help or give anyone a break. They would rather loose the business. Im grateful for all the carriers we have to choose from because im going to switch my provider if I have to pay 150 to unlock an old phone that is wore out.
So thanks straight talk for making my 15 years such a nitemare. Any and everytime I have asked for anything you all were to greedy and ignorant to help your customer.
Very very poor customer service. You are loosing customers rapidly.
User's recommendation: do not waste your time poor customer service, poor service period.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: Unlock phone that are old.
