I purchased a smart phone from walmart about a month and a half ago.Since I had the phone I have had crappy service half the time I don't even get a signal.

When I called they told me they couldn't exchange the phone because the phone had been previously activated and not under warranty, apparently it was a store return. I tried taking it back to walmart and they told me I had to contact the company. I contacted the company again and they said the phone will not work in my area because it runs off a carrier that doesn't have any towers close to my area and yet the same thing they basically told me I was stuck with this phone they couldn't exchange it.

I have been with this company for five years and didnt deserve the treatment I got and being told I am stuck with a phone that doesn't work.This is rediculous.
