Never had an issue with Straight Talk until i actually went tip Wal-Mart to purchase an "out of the box" straight talk phone. For whatever reason the phone doesn't work with the Straight Talk service, and i have been trying to find the root of all this since August. All in all, the phone service is on and working, but my phone number cannot be located with Straight Talk Ugh!

*** service *** costumer service. Phone not working from last 15 days no response till date. I bought ILD plans for 60$ and a Phone from ST, for initial 2 weeks it work fine and I was blessed that I got nice plan, but after on it started giving me problem. I could only connect 2 numbers of my country, and I cannot dial the 3rd number. Whenerver I dial another number it says "we have to hang-up now good bye". ST service is horrible, no experience. not at all coo-operative.... u have to wait for 30min minimum and after that u get nathing. I am really pissed off. This is Pain in ***.... Once I was on call with one of the service person for 2 hrs can anyone blive that..... ST is B*** *** service.... stay away

I placed an order with Straight Talk for a sims card and unlimited talk,text, and media that is advetised hundreds of times on tv I payed for the overnight shipping. Ordered on a Sunday which is one of the *excluded shipping days I understand that but now is Wednesday and I have no package. I spoke to everyone at Straight Talk about my situation and all they could tell me was that if the order ever arrives at my door just refuse it and I will receive my refund. I just wanted my package not false advertisement be carefull.

Hi my name is David Gilbert, and i am sorry i have to bother you all with my problem. I recently switched over to straight talk from another company. I am a disabled veteran, and i am on a fixed income. I ordered a phone off of straight talk website and the first day i had it it froze. I was told it would take a couple days to get a new one which turned into 2 weeks. I couldnt wait two weeks so i just bought another phone which was from t mobile. I then ordered a t mobile compatible sim card from the straight talk website so i could use my new phone. I paid the overnight fee of $14.95 to get my sim card right away. I ordered it at 12:47 am on may 9 2012. My total was $32.02 with the sim card and the overnite shipping fee. My order number is 4666866 and my email address is davidwayne1976@yahoo.com. I still dont know where my package is. I called straight talk customer service for 2 days now and have gotten hung up on and told 10 different stories. I have never been treated so rude and disrespectful in my whole life. I honestly think i was treated bettter overseas. They also disrespected my fiance. I was also told that my payment was being reviewed when my card has already been charged and taken off my card. I dont believe i should be treated this way. Here it is 2 days later and my package is still at your warehouse and noone knows why. My phone number is 234 201 4825. Hope fully someone who cares about their company will give me a call ASAP. Straight Talk Wireless review in Washington, District Of Columbia: Customer Service Sux!!!!You never get to speak to a live English speaking person!

I bought my daughter a new Straight-talk phone for Christmas & went on line to transfer her phone # From Boost Mobile to her new straight-talk phone. The information told me that it could take up to 24 hrs to process the request. After 24 hrs i called Straight-talk to find out why the & was put on hold for almost an hour before i hung up. I called back & was again put on hold for about 45 mins. When someone finally answered the phone, it wasn't an American speaking person & i could tell that he was reading from a prompt, he proceeded to tell me that i should call back in an hour or 2 when a customer service representative could assist me. I called back 5 different times that same evening & each & every time was put on hold for more than 30 minutes! The customer service really truly sux!!!!

All that I can say about tracfone is that it is the most irritating situation that I have had in a very long time. I bought a card for more minutes (120 - Walmart).

They said the airtime number (scratch off thing) was invalid. Took it back to Walmart. They did give my money back. So, I figured it was just one badly printed card.

Went to Walgreen. Bought another. Guess what ... same thing.

The manager at Walgreen actually spent 2.75 hours on the phone with them thinking that he would get satisfaction. He finally realized what I had been going through and not only gave my money back, but pulled all the tracfone cards off the shelf and referred it up the chain along with voice recordings of all the conversations. I actually think Walgreen will quit them after this experience. I was finally brought to their attention.

I will be interested to see how it turns out. My recommendation ...

run, don't walk away from anything associated with tracfone. I put the phone in the garbage!
