You are lucky

to get 25 to 28 good service days/ month, but pay for 30. Customer serv.

Is in Philippines and connection is terrible and they don't care. They will not reimburse for days of lost serv. File complaint with FCC and state attorney general or they will continue to rip people off. This co.

Stinks!! Just service stinks!!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $6.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Straight Talk Wireless Pros: Cheap.

Straight Talk Wireless Cons: Doesnt work frequently.

Sorry is now a meaningless word and is used as a substitute for a remedy that doesn't cost the co. anything.

Flush that word down the toilet and do what is right if you have any integrity whatsoever , which I don't believe you do. You don't know the meaning of the word and don't want to know and don't even believe it is necessary to know!

You love taking advantage of people and laugh up your sleve. Look that up!
