Iv had this phine service for several years now, at first it was top knotch and i was verry happy with them. Iv sent countless numbers of people to them.

A month ago my girlfirends wifi hotspot quit working on her phone. Figured it was just somthing with her phone. No big deal. Today mine quit working as well.

They now tell me wifi hotspot is aginst ther "policy" or "guidelines". Why has it worked for the past few years than?

Doesnt make since to me. Wont be contuining my buisness with them any longer.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Straight Talk Wireless Pros: It was cheaper.

And when i called about it the lady was very rude about it and told me she could just shut it all off. Then she asked me it there was anything else she could do. No thank i will take my money else where
