I purchased a phone on your website on February 10,2022. Your company sent it to the wrong address in Kansas City, I fought for a week with straighttalk and fed ex. Fed ex said straighttalk had to change the address and straighttalk told me to get bent. so I had to drive there to retrieve it and fight to find which old neighbors took it.
Nevertheless, I didnt receive the actual phone until 3/1/22 and I was told by one of your representatives that the 7000 points that I earned from buying the new phone would be available on 3/13/22. Now I have tried to talk to your company several times and nobody will even listen to me. I just want the points to redeem my plan, because I think its fair since the trip to KC was not cheap. I spent almost 300 just to get my phone that I paid 326$ for, and now they tell me its not even unlocked so that I can sell it!?!?!
Ive been with your company for over 5 years, and I am late once or twice but I always reactivate.
I dont understand why this has been such a problem, I would like someone to respond please because I want to either give you this phone back and change companies, or use my hard earned points. Please!
