I'm only 2 weeks into my service and lost my internet connection.
I called customer service which took almost an hour to get a representative, then, I could hard understand them, and asked them several times to repeat, which still didn't help, so I was transferred to another person who was very rude and would not let me finish telling them their service problem. I had NOT used all my available data in two weeks, but they insisted I did.
I was not believed, when I explained different. I tried to explain that I was told by a rep. at the time of purchase of my S.Talk device would continue to function at a very slow that after the data was used up, and found out it's not true,, you can't even connect to the internet at all, or at any speed.
Then when I tried to pay for another month, The Rep. was apparently asking for some number of which I couldn't understand because his English is so terrible.
Then I tried the automated alternative, the automated virtual assistant could not get past, the credit card number,, because it would not acknowledge every attempt to say my number..In summation, This Lack of service Is The Worst I have ever experienced, and I've experienced bad service in the past,,,But this is the worst by far..Straight Talk will be a memory once my Month is up. furthermore,,,I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, since I was lied to, not listened to, and was cheated on my data usage, and all this took almost 3 hours.
WOW! this company should be on the news stations as one to avoid at all costs.
