And filled the wrong account. When I called the support number and asked to get help on getting the one cell phone disconnected and a refund after getting help online, she was like giving me the runaround.

Saying they couldn't fix the issue, even though the one cell number isn't active because I lost the cell phone.

Now I am seriously considering using my right to use the Better Business Bureau, and whomever else I need to in order to stop getting the run around.

The accounts are alipetersen@vfemail.com, name Alicia Petersen, the other is aliciapet43@gmail.com same name. I am so sick of the runarounds from every company I come accross.
