My phone will not read my Sim card.I called 7days ago for a replacement Sim care.
I still haven't received my Sim card and have went without my phone for a full week. I have the ticket number and tracking number and I have called everyday and they told me I should receive on this date at this time. It keeps changing.
They are telling me that the shipment has been delayed.I want something done about this NOW.They told me that I would get the service days I missed when I activate my Sim card
