Won't get straight talk ever again!! Bought a iPhone 5s at Walmart and have had it 3 months all of sudden Straight Talk described and said it never registered and blamed it all on Walmart and Walmart says it is all Straight talk!! Neither one of them will fix this issue!! We paid $150.oo for a phone we won't be able to use and not including the 49.?? We had paid for the month of October and October isn't even over!!! I'm fed up!! Have talked to Walmart and Straight talk for two days I can't make calls and nobody can call me!! They deactivated this phone with out telling us from my husband's straight talk acct!!

I can relate to this aggravation. They have my account of 3+ years so screwed up and if I can survive this month my 3 phones are transferring to Verizon prepaid.

A little extra money is worth being shed of this nightmare. My brand new phone is linked to someone's else account and I can't change it because I don't know their security questions. Heck they did this and refuse to help.

I have someone phone number I can't change and they have an account they can't touch because they don't know the IMEI on my phone! Can't make this stuff up!

We have a straight talk home phone we bought at Walmart for $99.00 and the monthly service is only $15.00 plus tax . We decided to set up auto pay fir the convenience and it turned out that someone from straight talk stole our identity and used our debit information to buy everything from groceries at Walmart stores to eating at restaurants and filling their gas tanks at gas stations . To anyone reading this , please be extra careful and do not let them have access to your debit card information and do not choose the auto pay option . We were told today that the safest way to continue to have service with them is to buy the prepaid $15.00 home phone cards at Walmart and add the card number each month for service to continue . This way they won't steal your personal information.

Straight Talk Wireless in Anderson, Indiana - International calling plan

I recently spent over an hour on the phone with straightly trying to verify whether or not columbia is on the plan. After an hour he said it was. I repeated are you sure? He said yes. thats what took so long. He had to verify it was. Although I could hear him talking in the background to his coworkers socially. Anyway, I agreed after asking one last time if he was sure I could call columbia. The first day of my new plan I tried to place a call. The recording said it was not available with this plan. I called customer service. After speaking to no less than 5 people I was referred to the refund department. After telling the story several times to several different people. She processed my refund. I asked why not just deduct the 49.00 from the 66.00 they owed me. She said they don't process partial refunds. ok. Then when she wanted to give a confirmation number she had to repeat it 4 or 5 times so I could understand her. I asked why not text it to me or email it to me. She said she cannot do that. However she could text me security questions when verifying my information. So now I have my old 45 a month plan that does not call internationally. I am still waiting on my refund. Interestingly enough I bought a tracfone to call straighttalk customer service previously. I looked up international calling. I can call direct from that flip phone for no extra charge. I paid $5 for the phone and $35 for the minutes. Straighttalk is losing my business due to lack of service and extremely poor customer service. Not to mention rude reps. Beware of this plan or scheme!

I have a Straight Talk plan on my android phone with hotspots. The phone and text work fine but hotspots doesn't. It worked initial but they had me change settings and it hasn't worked since. I also purchase a hotspots from them $79 plus $45 plan worked for 2 weeks. Added 25$ and then $15 for usage never worked again. They lied as bout towers being down with Att never fixed it.

Straight Talk stinks. I have been a customer for over 4 years and all was good until I was told that straightalk will not allow to their customers to tether. They just lost my services, as soon as my month is up I will change carriers to boost mobile which is cheaper and allows to tether. Bye bye straightalk, you have until the end of January 2016 to fix this censorship of my device, my phone and I will use it as I please. And yeah other people will hear about it, thank god for social media. U have till end of Jan In the meantime I will be sharing this fact.
