Straight Talk Wireless - Stick with a major carrier

I've had straight talk for several years and it used to be great. I use a aT&T SIM because when I had Verizon the service sucked. But in the past year I have been struggling to get 1-2 bars of LTE. Only time I can use the internet is with WiFi. Seriously considering going back to Verizon

Straight Talk Wireless in Petoskey, Michigan - Refund but they kept the tax

Ordered new phone with 2 day shipping found out after it was out of stock. Refused delivery when it did show up as I was told by straight talk. After many calls and hours on the phone I received a credit on my card but they withheld the tax and shipping. I can understand the shipping but the tax is illegal and am in contact with my lawyer. Had called and asked why not the full refund and was told we don’t refund tax or shipping. So straight talk you will be hearing from me It’s not the fact it’s 50 dollars to me I can afford to eat it but when you do illegal business you went to far. As a business owner myself I know better

They don't say you can use any phone. They have to be compatible. Seems like you were using some cheap phones cause I know most of the newer name brand phones work.
