Straight Talk is horrible, there customer service is non-functionable. I have hat 4 phones in two years and about two month of lost service which they will not give me credit for. They build the phones to there specs and do so by building in the SIM card so you can't take it with you (Samsung Gall Slll). Nobody speaks ENGLISH, so you understand about every 5th word, it takes hours to get through to them, and when they do they you are on a merry-go-round. They really should shut the doors and be defendants in a class action suit.

Straight talk wireless is fine untill you have any issues. I have an unlimited data plan which means 5 GB of high speed data and then 2 G service from there. I used my 5 GB 5 days in to my plan for the first time and called to see about upgrading my service for the remainder of the month. No problem if i don't mind paying for a whole nother service plan for the same billing period. There computer system must be in need of a complete overhaul. I should be able to pay the difference and upgrade to a plan with more high speed data. Any other provider would be able to accomplish this. Think i will just find service with a company that can take care of the needs of its costomers.

Every agent gives you different information no matter what the issue or trouble is. I have never spent less than 1.5 hours on any, simple, customer service phone call. When my phone was stolen - it was like pulling teeth trying to activate a new phone with my same phone number. When I decided to *finally* switch my service over to AT & T - they refused to refund me the one month for pre-paid service - even after being told the monies would post to my account in 3-5days. - Again, with three different agents giving different information. After two hours on the phone with three different agents giving me different, conflicting, information, I was left with nothing but elevated blood pressure and increased stress. Certainly a company I will NEVER go back to or recommend to anyone. EVER.

Straight Talk Wireless in Pequot Lakes, Minnesota - Straight talk sucks but they are all i can afford

i was on a business trip using google maps and happened to max out my "unlimited" 5 gig of high speed data, for the first time in 10 years....at which time it is suppose to go into 2G or 3G data which is slower but i could have lived with that,,,,but they shut my data off completely so couldn't even send mms messages... i spent 6 hours on the phone with them in one day, and two hours the next..they refused to admit that they shut my data off. they kept telling me i was out of tower range.... so i went and bought another phone and service plan to get data so i could do my business. wahla i had data in the same place they said had no towers... the phone they shut the data off on, has auto refill....three days later when it was refilled my data was back on and when i called them on it , they said their notes said i shut my data off on my phone and wouldn't turn it on.....i was fit to be tide now i have to take the new phone back and lose out on 15 days of service on the activation card i bought....thinking about switching cuz the service is getting worse all the time.....they suck
