My husband and I can not receive or place calls from our devices. This has been an issue for the last four days.
We have been placed on hold for four to five hours each day with no one solving the issue. We are not behind on our payments, so it seems as though we are just giving our money away. We are on a fixed income, and times are rough. Also when we are on speaking to a representative we have a hard time understanding what they are saying.
This is also frustrating.
Just fix our phones. Please.
