After having my verizon phone transferred over, they disabled it at the beginning of every month. After over an hour on the phone each time, the 5th time this happened, they told me I needed a new SIM card. After 2 days, they sent me the wrong one (Nano vs Micro). Waited 2 more days to finally receive the correct SIM. After another hour on the phone, they had a "system error" and I was told to call back in 24 hours to try again

I recently bough a galaxy s3 out of pocket along with the insurance as well as a 45 dollar plan. Costing me roughly 450 dollars. My phone broke so I decided to use my insurance, they said they would send me some packaging labels to take to UPs so they could receive and replace my phone, they said it would take 10 days. After a month went by I called the help desk. After being on the phone for 4 hours they told me there was nothing they could do that they had to records of me sending my phone in. So I track my package using ups tracking. They tell me the package was received at a Wal-Mart in tennessee at Smyrna county and signed off my a man named Russell. So I call the Wal-Mart and they say they have to records of a Russell working there. So here I am with no phone and 450 dollars in the whole. StrAight talk screwed me on this deal. FYI don't buy the insurance. Its a waste of time!

I am a straight talk consumer and just refilled my service a day or two early JUST to get my data back. My data had been reduced and was processing so slow. But now even after adding new min. No difference. I'm confused and no comment back from straight talk via my email concerns yet.

I just bought and phone from my local Walmart and it says straight talk and it also says covered all of the area and even if I go to town I can not get internet or WiFi on this phone and it cost me nearly 170 dollars for it but its not good where I live at

Got my phone at a good price, frome straight talk.com, it sucks, it does what it wants to do, I haven't been able to access the internet and I'm not getting good service. Use to get great service, so, don't know if it's the phone or the wireless service..

I ordered a phone on line, didn't ship when promised. I canceled order, now 60 days later still trying to get credit back. The actual service is great, the customer service is very sluggish. After several emails and a couple of phone calls, will try to write a letter to the exec. resolution dept. I will have to see if this helps. The process is very cumbersome and they are not easy to talk with. Order fulfillment overseas, actual ship point was Indiana. This makes them tough to work with, days go bye and you cant connect the dots with them.

Tried to enroll in auto refill. Go all the way through the steps, submit, then the page says, "error". Go back, do it all over again, same thing, "error". Account summary says service ends tomorrow, auto enroll = No. Credit card info says it is not attached to auto enroll. I was dumb enough to try a few more times, thinking I must be doing something wrong. Later, I check payment history, and each time, it charged my card! No payment confirmation page, only an "error" message. Call Straight Talk, and you wait on hold for a long time, and while on the phone with a rep, they have to refresh their system, apologize constantly for their slow system, spending endless amounts of time on the phone. They cannot go off script. Their web site appears to be designed to take your money, without any confirmation of successful transaction. I simply cannot keep this service. Suggest you do not do any transactions online. Call them, if you can stand waiting on hold, then waiting while they continually refresh their frozen system, or apologize countless times for the slowness of their system.
