My phone went out 2 days befor Harvey,I was told they would send me a label to return the black box,10 days later I recived it .It went by fedex 6 day to deliver it.I was told that when they recived the old one they would overnight the new one.They recived it on 9-14.I caslled & was told no shipping # was given for my box,I am on my 4th week with out a phone(home)At 1 time I told every one S T was the best,As soon as I can get a home phone I will call & tell them I lied to them.In texas we have J P court to help the poor from getting ripped off.I will talk to a lawer monor tue,to find out if I can sue them to get a real phone service
