I bought a $45 10 g plan that will end on the 19th of may in a few days and i ran out of high speed data but i should be able to use slow data even if it takes forever but when i try it says im offline. I tried to get help but they said to be able to help i needed to get a new plan early.

This is so dumb because it is supposed to be unlimited data not data til u run out of high speed data. It makes me want to give up on Straight talk and get everyone else who has been screwed to switch.

We have read your post and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenient experience you had in using our data service. Our $40 plan should give you 10 GB of high-speed data. After your high-speed data threshold is reached, that will be the only time your data speeds will be reduced to as low as 64 kbps for the remainder of your plan cycle. Your high-speed data will be restored once your next plan cycle begins, unless you purchase a new service plan prior to the start of your next plan cycle.
