Straight Talk Wireless - No incoming or outgoing calls for last 3 days and my service is not due until June 9.2023. Customer service will not help!!!!.

They claim they fixed my problem for 3 days and have not done anything to help. Only took my money!!
User's recommendation: I would advise everyone to stay as far from Straighttalk as possible. It's OK until you have an issue. Then you have to switch service and lose the balance of your money left on your card.

I have been in touch with your help line and every other recommendation you have offered for the last 3 days and 30 plus text and the issue has NOT been resolved although you say it has. Bunch of idiots ask to call.
If I could call you I would not have the issue to begin with. I told you in the 1st communication with you I could not receive or make calls. I have been a faithful customer for years. Like I said you have great service as long as no issues arise.
Come tomorrow you can rest assured you have gotten the last dime of my money you will ever get.
Even if I could call you have no English speaking people who can communicate with American people. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company I pay my money to!!!!!
