My ST service has been satisfying until today. I cannot reach customer service.

I paid my bill this morning.

They haven't renewed my data plan. I've got to have better customer service.

User's recommendation: Nope.

Monetary Loss: $65.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
