i bought a galaxy3 three days ago and called customer service to have it activated I was just gonna have my previous straight talk number switched over to the galaxy3 well they turned my phone old phone off to supposedly start the process and now I'm without a phone...

I live out in the country so I ask more than once if the phone I was going to order was on Verizon towers, I was told yes more than once, again I ask they said yes.Got the phone and guess what its not Verizon towers so their for don't work.Ask them to make it right, no they would not.i was told a lie said they diden have that phone on Verizon towers when the other lady told me they did.wow so I sent the phone back and got me one with Verizon prepaid.I would not advice anyone to go with straight talk.They are so high on the horse they dont care about you anymore.Had been with them a long time bad to find out how they really feel about you.

I've been with straight talk for years but I called on june 6 to get another phone turned on after talking to 3-4 people the last one finally told me I would need a new sim card before putting my minutes on my phone so I got my new sims today and called back and they say my prepaid card is on someone elses phone 45 dillar card I paid for that's y'all fault because I didn't put it on there u might of got 45 dollars from me this time but u never will again that's a promise your consumer service is a joke I'm finding me a new phone company and I advise others to do the same very disappointed I can't believe I ever told family and friends about straight talk never again

The Worst Customer Service Cost me $89 | Straight Talk Wireless review from Greensboro, North Carolina

I tried to port my number over the StraightTalk, they messed it up and ask me to order another sim card from them. I did. But when I tried to activate, the customer service then again told me the sim card I ordered would not work and that she would send me another one. I have been without wireless service for close to two weeks. Now, the third sim card arrived today and happened to be a micro sim card and not the nano sim card I was expecting. Because of this much headache, I'm staying with my previous provider and deciding against switching to StraightTalk. Because of StraightTalk no-refund policy, I'm losing $89 in the process. This is my worst customer service experience. I should have looked up reviews before trying to switch.

Rude Customer Service Representative | Straight Talk Wireless review from Charlotte, North Carolina

I had to speak with exactly 9 people before getting a resolution to my problem. They were all nice. The 9th representative gave me a direct number, pin code, and 2 months free. However, the 10th representative was horrible, stating that there was no information on the computer, and "we will not be honoring the 2 free months," with much accented arrogance. I called back and the 11th representative listen patiently while she "read my information on the computer" and confirmed everything I said. She then granted the 2 months. Customer Service needs to monitor conversations and conduct regular training if they would like offshoring to continue successfully.

My service interruption date was 9-23-2013. My phone was interrupted and deactivated on 9-10-13. I purchased another card to activate my phone. It ddidn't work. I then contacted customer service, and was told to take the battery out and submitt the serial number inside the phone. My phone was then reactivated. Two days later I made calls to several of my customers, I was notified that I was calling from a diffrent number. I then checked, and they changed my phone number without my knowledge. Three days later my number was changed back. My phone was deactivated again on 10-06-13, and I was told that the service pin that I purchased on 9-10-13 was placed to a diffrent number by customer service. Now I'm out of $45.

I purchased a Motorola Defy phone from your website on June 20,2013 and paid for the phone with my BB&T Debit card in the amount of $160.49. I received the phone the very next day at my home address . I used the phone Fri June 21- Sun June23 and it did not pick up in my area, I had no service that whole weekend. I sent the phone back through USPS on Monday morning June 24,2013 and tracked the phone and it showed that you got the phone at the return center on Wednesday June 26, 2013. Here it is August 27th and I still dont have a refund for the 160.49 that straight talk took out of my account on June 24, 2013. I have called Straight talk on numerous occasions to get nothing in reguards to this request for my refund. I have provided them the tracking number back in July when I had called since then I can not find my reciept and no longer have my email where i purchased the phone. I do have record through my bank of the purchase and thats it. I really would like to have my money back for the phone I have sent back to you. I am a single mother of 2 children and all I want as a loyal customer to straight talk is to get my money that is owed to me. Its been 2 billing cycles already and I still have no refund. Please help me with this.

I called again today and they say we need to provide you with another ticket number and you need to call back in 24-48 hours. I am so sick of the *** run around from these people.

It didnt take you no time to take the money out of my account, whats the problem with giving me my money back for the pos phone that didnt work that I sent back to them. Hate straight talk and I am gonna keep pressing the issue

When I got my phone from Straight Talk I got a $45 service card. I try use today. I scratch it and called them to refill service, but they told It was used in January. But th and tiis bull...I Just scracht the number and call them. They are Just THIEVES. Just Straight THIEVES. I'm cancelling this service, I do NOT trust them. All this Phone Companies steal from us, one way or another. The Corruption and Thievery is rampant. We do no have laws to protect us from these companies. DO NOT USE STRAIGHT TALK AS YOUR PHONE COMPANY !!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Data Call Failure | Straight Talk Wireless review from Rocky Mount, North Carolina

A repeat of last months service....I have a Network error code 130 unable to establish wireless data connection....So I called Straight talk and they say I have used excessive data....The rep told me I was using my Huawei phone to tether. And because I have used data that was supposed to be "unlimited" they are suspending my data until I pay my bill next month. I just paid my bill and guess what...I have not used it except to check my email twice. A far as tethering, I didn't know the *** phones could tether and I also don't know how to. Since there is a class action suit, I am going to get in on it because this doesn't make sense to me.
