I use the ultimate unlimited plan and now my new phone dont have the hotspot option well it does its just blocked by them i know this to be fact but if im paying for it why do they care how i use it

All I needed was to edit my shipping address. Unable to do this online. It took an hour of transferring me about &" I'm sorry my computer is broken & I need a supervisor" (yea, so do I) TO TELL ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. NOTHING. The item had not shipped. This is not customer service. I'm scared now for the future. Are there any decent phone companies left?

Terrible company. Waiting over 2 months for a replacement phone. Each rep lies and transfers the call to someone else. Just spent another 1hour and 50 minutes on the line with 4 different reps. Told to wait an additional 3-5 days to possibly hear back from warehouse....
