A repeat of last months service....I have a Network error code 130 unable to establish wireless data connection....So I called Straight talk and they say I have used excessive data....The rep told me I was using my Huawei phone to tether. And because I have used data that was supposed to be "unlimited" they are suspending my data until I pay my bill next month. I just paid my bill and guess what...I have not used it except to check my email twice. A far as tethering, I didn't know the *** phones could tether and I also don't know how to. Since there is a class action suit, I am going to get in on it because this doesn't make sense to me.

I had to suffer with a defective phone for about 3 months. Then when they decided to replace it the issues got even worse. When I got my new phone instead of putting the service on my new phone they put it on the defective phone after I provided them with the new serial number for my new phone. I had to calls days in a row. Then when I asked for a supervisor I was told that my refill card was not scanned properly. So there I go taking it back to the store got a new card and guess what still no service. They still had it going to my old defective phone. They kept giving me excuses that the sprint towers were down and to wait for them to come back up. I was sitting in a room with 5 people with straight talk and the towers seemed to be working fine for them. They were all trying to call my phone that was not activated. I called back and asked them if they had the correct serial number they didnt of course. I adivsed them that they had the service going to the wrong phone. They had the nerve to ask me what was the serial number of my defective phone. How in the world was I suppose to know that if they have the phone. I had sent it back to them. After giving them the correct serial number they then advised me that I could not keep my same phone number. I had to get a new one for my phone to work. So this phone company could not transfer my phone number from one straight talk phone to another one. Bad bussiness in my book. I had tried to port a number from another cell phone company and they couldnt do that either. When I asked why all the rep kept saying was I am not able to transfer you phone number. What grade level is required to work with this company. They seem to babble on and start using words in their own language. Bad bad customer services. If there is ever a protest I will be in the midst.
