Due to the covid-19 i was unable to pay for a prepaid card this month to keep my cellular phone going. And amazingly i got a text from straighttalk saying i could text COVID and on monday on april 5th stating that if I could not afford my prepaid phone bill that if I text COVID to 611 611 that they would extend my cell phone surfaces, I did that and I received a message stating that they increased my data to May 29th 2020.

However , due to my inability to pay they shut my cell phone off on April 11th 2020.

I called them and they refused to extend my service so therefore without service what could is extra data. Absolutely no good.

User's recommendation: Change your cellular phone service to another company that actually cares about its customers.
